M/s Millimo, Muthomi & Co. Advocates of P.O. Box 8154-00200, Nairobi, with its Head office at 4th Avenue Towers, 10th Floor, 4th Ngong Avenue, Upper Hill, is registered as a Law Firm - Registration Number BN/2011/110807 (herein- after referred to as “the Firm”).
The Firm has two (2) partners who have distinguished experience, knowledge- able and well versed in the diverse laws, legal practice and Professional both of municipal and international jurisdiction. The firm has also brought together Professional s who include associate advocates, associate, lawyers, Interns, Pupils and consultants from a variety of legal, secretarial and financial disciplines enabling it to our sophisticated advice and legal representation in all aspects of corporate, commercial and financial legal services. The legal expertise of our Professional s is also supplemented by an in-house support team.
The Partners of the Firm are Benson Wekesa Millimo and Stephen Mwaniki Muthomi. The firm of Millimo, Muthomi & Co. Advocates as reconstituted has three (3) offices within the Republic of Kenya located at Nairobi, Thika and Kitale respectively.
Besides the two partners, the firm also has a team of Professional s of five (5) Associate Advocates, two (2) Lawyers, four (4) paralegals, one (1) office administrator, one (1) accountant, three (3) Secretaries, three (3) Receptionists, four (4) Process Servers/Court Clerks and three (3) Messengers with versatile knowledge and experience in the legal profession and practice that enables it deliver legal services to clients expeditiously and Professional ly. The firm also occasionally hires services of other qualified personnel or consultants for specific tasks on a case to case basis as and when need arises.
